How much is shipping inside the USA?
The charge for the first item is $8.00. Every additional item costs $1.50. Orders over $150.00 (after discount if applicable) are eligible for free domestic shipping.
How do I use my discount code?
If you have received a discount code from us, please enter it at the end of your shopping spree into the discount code box. The discount will be applied upon checkout.
PLEASE DO NOT USE DISCOUNT CODES FOR ALREADY DISCOUNTED OR OTHERWISE EXEMPT ITEMS! If you do want to purchase sale or discount exempt items, please do so separately in a different order. The system is not able to distinguish and sort out on which items to use the code.

We accept all major credit cards, money orders and cashiers checks as well as Paypal. You can check out through our website, or you can call, email or fax us.

Yes. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
How can I place an order?
You can order on the web, or you can fax, email or phone your order in.
Can I return sale items to the manufacturer?
No, you can't. We can't either. All sales are final for sale items which are usually closeouts from past seasons. They are being sold at greatly reduced prices, and are under no warranty. In general, anything past or current season you purchase from a dealer, any dealer, you will need to deal with the dealer directly first.
Where is the size chart, I can't find it?
Rather than providing you with one general size chart, we have decided to provide sizing by style and brand. You can find the correct sizing of a style in the description or the size choice box. If you would like us to fit you, please send us an email or give us a call with your measurements, and we will fit you precisely - we are experts.
How long until I receive my order?
We generally process and ship all orders that arrive before 12pm (Pacific) on the same day except for Sunday. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which normally takes 2-3 business days domestically, and 6-10 business days internationally.
Please note that targeted delivery time information is provided to us by the United States Postal Service. These times can vary, and it can take longer for you to receive your shipment. This is especially true for international shipments which might be held up in customs.
We are not responsible for the duration of shipping time once we have shipped off your order.
During high volume times it is possible that we are delayed by a day or two but rest assured we will try and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Why is my item out of stock, I can see it on your site?
There is a time delay between an item selling out and it being taken off our website. If that happens, we will contact you to let you know the item is out of stock and whether it will be restocked or is sold out for good.
